Meet Dr. Kathy Thomas McFadden aka Dr. K
Dr. K has over 35 years of experience as an author, speaker, teacher, and retreat leader. She specializes in pastoral and spiritual care, spiritual direction, and personal development and self-care. She is also a certified life and grief coach. Also known as The Glowup Divorce Coach, Dr. K works with women trying to learn how to live their best life after divorce.
